What size is ideal for FS POWERPLANT+?

FUELSAVE technology can be scaled from relatively small engines used on trucks to the largest engines manufactured for Marine and Powerplants.

Each system is designed to meet your specific needs. Once we have entered into a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, we will provide you with a data analysis schedule. Once you return that to us we will calculate the solution configuration to meet your needs.

Is FS POWERPLANT+ suitable for all engines?

FUELSAVE technology produces the greatest efficiency yields on all diesel and fuel oil engines, regardless of manufacturer. Savings in fuel use are achieved in the order of 25%.

As part of our risk management program we work with both your engine manufacturer and your engineering support contractor.

How is engine performance risk managed?

PRIOR TO CONTRACTING

We work directly with your engine supplier and engineering firm to ensure we have their support for our proposed solution.

Once we have their sign off we will prepare the detailed design for your specific installation requirements.

DURING OPERATIONS

The FUELSAVE systems only connect to your engines through the air intake systems. We do not touch your fuel, fuel system, injectors or control systems. In the unlikely event that our system does not operate, your system will revert to the pre-installation operations mode.

Your engines would operate as normal should our system be paused for maintenance.

There have been zero system outages.

How is financial performance guaranteed?

There are two models for financing the installation of a FS POWERPLANT+ system.

PURCHASE

If you purchase a system FUELSAVE will provide a Bank Guarantee that is triggered should the system fail to meet contracted performance criteria.

NOCAPEX

For projects that meet the financial criteria, FUELSAVE will install and maintain the system from its own resources. The NOCAPEX models is financed by FUELSAVE sharing in the OPEX savings. The cash flow from the savings is sufficient for FUELSAVE to obtain construction and working capital from financiers.

The NOCAPEX model is finance risk free to the customer. The customer’s share of the OPEX savings will go directly to the bottom line and will provide a cash injection that could be used to fund capital works, such as the transition to renewable energy.

Installation Options

FS POWERPLANT+ can be installed as an integrated solution in the generator buildings, or as a fully weatherproof, containerised module.
