FS PURIFIER+

FS PURIFIER+ brings to mobile vehicles and plant the patented technology successfully used in Power Generation and Marine applications. FS Purifier+ is designed for diesel powered vehicles used in logistics, transportation, mining, construction and agriculture to:

  • save fuel in the order of 10 to 14%
  • reduce operational wear and tear on engine componenents
  • reduce emissions
  • increase operational profit

COMPONENTS

There are 6 modules

  • electrolysis unit: to generate hydrogen and oxygen in real time
  • high performance pump to inject the synth gas into the trubocharger
  • FS air pump to increase on-demand production of synth gas
  • water tank
  • ethanol/methanol tank
  • control unit

    • Gas Connection to turbocharger filtration unit
    • Injection connection to engine air intake (heat bearing area)
  • SPACE REQUIREMENT:
    • Flexible mounting 450 x 300 x 300 mm
    • Space for 2 storage tanks (10l & 50l)
  • INSTALLATION PERIOD:
    • 2 people 0.5 – 1 day for first unit
    • 2 – 4h installation preparation & installation in a team of 2
    • each team will install upto 4 trucks per day, once trained, for rollout
    • scalable rollout in teams of 2
    • Sign off and audit: 10 trucks per day per auditor

A 12% reduction in diesel consumption has been achieved.

FS REGAINER+ ENERGY RECUPERATION FROM EXHAUST PRESSURE generates electricity from previously unused exhaust pressure in non-load or partial load phases, thus relieving the alternator, which leads to reduced fuel consumption and lower emissions.

FS PERFORMANCE + ECU TUNING SOFTWARE OPTIMISATION optimizes the vehicle software for its specific daily operation & interaction with new hardware. As a result, we achieve improved performance, control & handling, while reducing fuel consumption.

FS ADDITIV+ A NANO TECHNOLOGY FUEL ADDITIVE reduces the friction in the engine compartment, optimizes the combustion efficiency and frees the combustion chamber continuously from soot deposits. Wear & tear, emissions and fuel consumption are reduced.

FS MONITORING+ PERFORMANCE AND FUEL TANK REAL TIME MONITORING an ultrasound-based alarm solution for monitoring the fuel tank to prevent fuel theft in combination with the provision of vehicle & fleet data in real time (speed, fuel consumption, etc.).
